Hi, I'm Megan!

I’m a San Diego-based photographer who believes the best images come from moments that are real, unforced, and fully present. Whether I’m photographing a graduation milestone, a lifestyle session, or the intensity of competition, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel like you and still hold meaning years from now. Photography for me is less about perfect poses and more about connection, energy, and emotion.

My Approach

I approach every session with a mix of structure and flexibility. I’ll guide you when needed, especially if you’re not sure what to do with your hands or how to pose. At the same time, I leave room for movement, personality, and in between moments. The result is imagery that feels polished but never stiff. I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely yourself in front of the camera.

What I Photograph

I specialize in graduation portraits, lifestyle sessions, couples, families, and sports photography. Graduation sessions celebrate a milestone you worked hard for. Lifestyle sessions are for moments that don’t need a reason. Couples and family sessions focus on connection over perfection. Sports photography captures the discipline, emotion, and intensity that live beyond the final score. In addition to client work, I also create fine art photography, including nature, architecture, animals, and film photography, which are available as prints.
