Group Options

Group sessions are a great way to celebrate with friends while still receiving individual portraits. The options below help determine the best fit for your group.

Group Add-On

$100

Available only with Essential or Signature sessions.

Includes:
- 15 to 20 additional minutes
- Group photos with 1 to 3 friends
- A curated set of approximately 10 to 15 edited group images delivered within the primary client’s gallery
Note:
Friends included in a group add-on do not receive individual portraits or separate galleries.

Group Grad Session

$200 per person | Minimum of 2 people

Designed for friend groups where everyone wants individual portraits.

Each graduate receives:
- A curated set of approximately 20 edited images, including:
* Individual portraits
* Shared group photos
- Digital downloads
- Online gallery to share with family and order prints
Note: Session length typically ranges from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on group size and flow.

This option offers built-in value compared to booking individual sessions separately.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place at locations around San Diego. Location guidance is provided to help match your style and vision.

What should I bring to my session?

Bring your cap and gown, along with any meaningful items you would like included in your photos. This could be a stole, cords, medals, or items related to your major or activities.

Neutral shoes and simple accessories photograph best and help keep the focus on you.

Guidance is always provided ahead of time so you feel prepared and comfortable going into your session.

Can I bring props like champagne or sports equipment?

Yes! Personal props are welcome and encouraged if they feel meaningful to you. This can include champagne for a celebratory pop or spray at the end of your session, as well as sports equipment or uniforms for student athletes. If you’re planning something specific, feel free to mention it ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Do you help with posing?

Absolutely. You’ll receive direction throughout the session so nothing ever feels awkward or forced. My approach focuses on natural movement and prompts rather than stiff posing, resulting in images that feel relaxed, polished, and true to you.

What happens if we run out of time?

Sessions are intentionally guided and paced to make the most of our time together. The focus is always on creating a strong, well-rounded gallery rather than rushing through poses. If a session runs slightly over due to natural flow or location transitions, that’s completely okay. The goal is quality, not the clock.

How many photos will I receive?

Each session includes a curated gallery of edited images that best represent the time booked. Image counts are approximate and may vary slightly based on the flow of the session.

Will I receive all of the photos from the session?

Unedited images or proofs are not delivered. Final galleries are fully edited and curated to reflect the strongest moments from your session.

Can I do photos with friends?

Yes! Group photos with friends are available as an add-on to individual sessions. For friend groups where each graduate wants individual portraits, a Group Graduation Session is the best option.

If we all book individual sessions, can we still do group photos?

Yes! If multiple friends book Essential or Signature sessions, one Group Add-On can be added to include shared group photos. Group images will be delivered into each booked client’s gallery.

What if I want more photos?

Sessions are designed around time and experience rather than image quantity. If you would like more variety or flexibility, upgrading to a longer session is the best option.
